  Planning and arranging a funeral is one of the most unpleasant tasks one might need to encounter. I can't say enough about the attention to detail, and warm heartedness that Mr. Scarano and his staff extended to our family while arranging for my younger brother's unexpected funeral.
  
  We called and visited 3 different funeral homes; all of them quoted prices for a 4 hour or 2 hour viewing. The discussions were very matter of fact, and while not rude in any way, their attentiveness seemed ordinary and down to business.
  
  When we spoke with Mr. Scarano on the phone and I asked about viewing hours, I was expecting the same schpeel. Instead, he shocked me by asking "how long do you want?" The difference in pricing was based off of cremation or burial, not time needed for viewing. My husband and I made an appointment to visit his funeral home right away.
  
  Although I'm sure he's made arrangements for many families, he makes you feel as if your situation is the only one that matters.
  
  He told me to call him Joseph, not Mr. Scarano. But, I developed such respect for this gentleman in the short amount of time needed to make the arrangements, and then by watching him execute the plans with his staff, that to me he will be Mr. Scarano.
  
  My family received many compliments on the service and viewing for my younger brother. We did not have to compete for space as is seen in various funeral homes. They have 3 locations, and once you make the arrangements for viewing at whichever specific location, the space is yours for your family, friends and loved ones to gather during a difficult time.
  
  I can't thank Mr. Scarano and his staff enough for everything they did for my brother's funeral.
